Dexter's Laboratory is an American animated series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network.
It premiered in 1996 and follows boy-genius Dexter, who keeps a secret laboratory behind his bedroom bookcase.
His older sister Dee Dee keeps ruining his experiments; rival Mandark schemes from a lab of his own. The series ran for 4 seasons and 78 episodes through 2003.

Dexter builds inventions in a hidden lab. The secret entrance is by his bookcase.
Dee Dee knows about the lab and wrecks experiments; Mandark tries to outdo him and secretly has a crush on Dee Dee.
In Israel
There was no full Hebrew dub. It aired on Cartoon Network and the Kids Channel with subtitles.
Only the episode Chicken Scratch was dubbed.
