Gadget and the Gadgetinis is a 2002-2003 animated sequel to Inspector Gadget (52 episodes), co-produced by Fox Kids Europe, DIC Entertainment and SIP Animation.

Lieutenant Gadget now works for WOMP with two small robots Penny built - orange Fidget and blue Digit, the Gadgetinis - while Dr. Claw and M.A.D. continue to scheme.

In Israel it aired with a Hebrew dub on Jetix, and later on Junior and the Kids Channel; Kobi Eshel performed the Hebrew opening theme.

What is the show about?

Lieutenant Gadget is recruited to the World Organization of Mega Powers (WOMP). Instead of Brain the dog, who stays hidden after years of chaos, Penny built two small robots modeled on her uncle: orange Fidget and blue Digit, the Gadgetinis.

They join him on missions while she guides them from home via computer and new gadgets.

Dr. Claw still leads M.A.D. though he is not the villain in every episode.

Above Gadget sits Colonel Spankins, who despairs of him on nearly every mission, and above him General Sir still sends the lieutenant into the field.

In Israel

In Israel the series aired in Hebrew on Jetix, and later on Junior and the Kids Channel.

It was the only Inspector Gadget spin-off broadcast here in Hebrew.

Kobi Eshel performed the Hebrew opening theme and also voiced Dr. Claw.
